Vision & Mission
As we move through an important phase of the 14th Five-Year Plan, Pallom Block Panchayat is entering a new chapter in its development journey. The Annual Plan 2026–27 focuses on scientifically upgrading the achievements made in agriculture, health, social welfare and infrastructure development.

Building on the physical achievements made so far, Pallom Block Panchayat envisions “Smart Green Pallom”, integrating modern technology with environmental protection for sustainable development.
🎯 Mission – “Net Zero Carbon Pallom”
Pallom Block Panchayat adopts the goal of “Net Zero Carbon Pallom” to address the global challenge of climate change through local action.
Solar-Powered Pallom
Promoting green development by shifting the Block Office and associated institutions towards solar energy.
AgriTech Hub
Using modern agricultural machinery to reduce farmers’ workload and make farming more profitable and smart.
Social Justice
Giving priority to the social and economic advancement of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and economically disadvantaged communities.
Infrastructure
Ensuring quality public infrastructure, safe drinking water and comprehensive sanitation facilities.

Promoting sustainable development through the integration of environmental protection, social justice and technology.
